Home Guidelines

  • All Builds Require Architectural Review Committee Approval

  • Minimum Home Sizes

    • Ranch- 1500 sqft

    • 2-Story- 2500 sqft

    • Manufactured or modulars are NOT allowed

  • Minimum 3 Car Garage

  • Earth Tone Pallets- No Vibrant Colors

  • Roofing- Architect Grade 50yr warranty

    • No Flat Roofs

  • Driveways must be hard surface

  • Lighting must meet Dark Sky Standards

  • Fencing 2-4 Rail (no white), specific rear fencing rules

  • Trash must be screened- limited exposure time

Outbuildings & ADUs

  • All Builds Require Architectural Review Committee Approval

  • Max- 2 Outbuildings

    • Must Match Home & Size limits apply

    • ADUs Allowed up to 1200sqft

Restrictions

  • No Firearm Discharge

  • No Trash Burning

  • No Above-ground Propane Tanks

Pet Guidelines

  • 2 Horses allowed per 2.5 acre homesite

  • Up to 4 dogs or cats per homesite

  • No other livestock or animals allowed

Landscaping

  • Architech Review Committee Approval Required on all Homesites

  • Emphasis on Native Vegetation & Weed Control

  • Minimum Landscaping Requirements

    • 12 Plants

    • 3 Trees

  • Xeriscaping Permitted upon Approval

  • Must be completed within 6 months of home construction completion
